North Bend Elementary is proud to present our new Principal to begin 2026-27 School Year:
Ms. Trina Gore, Fall Creek Elementary's Assistant Principal, has been selected as the next principal of NBE. Ms. Gore joined Humble ISD in 2024 and has over 20 years of educational experience.
In addition to serving as FCE Assistant Principal, Ms. Gore also served as an assistant principal and instructional coach in Dayton ISD, and as an elementary gifted and talented lead teacher and classroom teacher in Huffman ISD. She earned both her bachelor and master degrees from Lamar University. Ms. Gore is very excited for the opportunity to serve the North Bend Elementary community. She is a collaborative, relationship-driven leader, and we look forward to continuing NBE’s tradition of excellence with her as Principal.
We are so proud of our students for representing our school with kindness, energy, and school spirit. Thank you to all of our teachers, staff, and volunteers who helped make the day such a success. We are looking forward to another exciting day tomorrow!
Our team brought their creativity, teamwork, and determination—and it paid off! We’re proud to share that we earned **3rd place in Gunk** and were honored with the **SPIRIT Award** for outstanding sportsmanship and teamwork throughout the competition.
This recognition means just as much as any medal—it reflects the way our students supported each other, stayed positive, and represented our school with integrity.

Every student will have an individual Spring portrait taken. Dress your child for a 3/4 length portrait. Pastel tones and Spring colors will photograph best. Classroom group photos will also be taken the same day. Proofs will be sent home shortly after with online ordering information.
