It's time for our End of Year Picnics!
You may bring outside food/drinks for you and your student to enjoy!
You may start checking in at Insperity 20 minutes before picnic time.
You will receive a check in sticker when you check in.
Students will be allowed 2 adult guests and any pre-school siblings. School-aged children are not allowed to attend a sibling's picnic.
All guests need to be listed as guardians or contacts for the child in Home Access Center. For assistance with this contact Groves Front Office (geoffice@humbleisd.net). The legal name that is listed on the driver's license must be the listed name in Home Access Center with a contact phone number as well as used on this guest form.
If checking out your student after their picnic, you will check out with the classroom teacher before leaving Insperity.
Siblings in other grades can be checked out at the front office.
Students that are checked out from Groves Elementary, are not allowed to attend a sibling's spring picnic.
***Grades K, 1, and 2 will start in the gym for grade level programs***

It's not too early to start back to school shopping. Pre-order supply packs through EPI and they will be delivered to your child's new homeroom in August. Order by May 19 to save. Groves Elementary's school ID is ELE022.

We understand that because of the cold some families may need extra time in the morning and may choose to take students to school rather than have them wait outside at bus stops. To provide flexibility, middle schools and high schools will not record student tardies for the first period on Tuesday. Elementary schools will not record student tardies until after 9 a.m. Tuesday.
The district is allowed to exempt first period tardiness due to the weather. However, absences on Tuesday must be recorded due to state education code requirements.
We appreciate your support through the winter storm.

The Humble ISD 2026-2027 District Calendar was approved at the Board of Trustees meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The first day of school for students will be Wednesday, August 12, 2026, and the last day of school for students will be Friday, May 28, 2027.
