Donuts with Ms. Davies is a monthly presentation and dialogue whereby parents and Ms. Davies meet as thought partners to listen, learn, solve problems and exchange information about student learning and campus initiatives. Throughout the year, Ms. Davies enjoys inviting students, staff members and district representatives to join the conversation, sharing projects and information. We value this opportunity for parent engagement as we strive to create an open and welcoming school experience.

Monday, August 10th at 12:00 PM: Parents will be able to view their child's homeroom teacher in Home Access Center. If you are unable to view your child's Home Access Account, please be sure you have completed your Annual Update. Teachers will follow up with an email to their families on Monday afternoon.
Dolphin Debut - Monday, August 10th, from 4:00β6:00 PM: We look forward to seeing everyone at Dolphin Debut! During Dolphin Debut, Deerwood's annual meet the teacher event, families will have the opportunity to visit classrooms, meet teachers, join PTA, fund lunch accounts, bring medications to the nurse and more.
First Day of School: Wednesday, August 12, 2026.

Need help with school supplies this year? Humble ISD has collected donations of school supplies over the summer to help students be ready for the first day of school. School supplies will be distributed on a first-come, first served basis while supplies last.
The School Supply Distribution event is from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, August 7, inside Second Baptist Church, 22770 US-59 in Kingwood.
