CPR NEWS - Coach Young, Cox, and Officer Batiste trained 5th graders this week on Hands Only CPR. Students learned how to check for responsiveness, how to call for help, & how to properly perform hands-only CPR. We are grateful to have Officer B on campus to step in and offer his expertise.
KHC NEWS - Pie In the Face/Super Soaker Clean Up Crew - If your student completed qualified to pie a PE coach or completed Finn's Mission "Super Soaker Clean Up Crew," this event will be held on Wednesday, October 2 during school.
1st graders had a blast reading Johnny Appleseed & learning about fairy tales. They took it to the next level with some STEM fun by creating apple volcanoes and eating deconstructed apple pie. We love the extended learning with depth and complexity. 🍎🌋

Our first graders are using BeeBot robots to practice retelling parts of a story! 🐝🤖 They are becoming little coders, one step at a time. 🌟
