Willow Creek Elementary School

Humble ISD will be OPEN Tuesday, January 27. Classes will begin at normal time. School buses and activities will operate on the normal schedule.

We understand that because of the cold some families may need extra time in the morning and may choose to take students to school rather than have them wait outside at bus stops. To provide flexibility, middle schools and high schools will not record student tardies for the first period on Tuesday. Elementary schools will not record student tardies until after 9 a.m. Tuesday.

The district is allowed to exempt first period tardiness due to the weather. However, absences on Tuesday must be recorded due to state education code requirements.

Our campus was filled with music today during our school-wide singalong. 🎶 A huge shout-out to our amazing choir for leading the way and helping our Cardinals sing loud and proud. What a joyful moment of togetherness for our school. ❤️🎤

Jingle bells, jingle jog! 🎄🏃‍♀️ Our students laced up and ran with holiday cheer today. Moving fast, smiling big, and spreading festive fun every step of the way! ❄️✨

We don't know how she does it, but Mrs. Janes inspires her students to perform better each and every time. The third grade Christmas musical was amazing.

Dolly CARTon visited the staff today and delivered goodies.

Mrs. Hernandez’s class is putting history in motion 🏴‍☠️🤖 Students are coding Root robots to track a supply run to Jamestown, carefully navigating routes while avoiding obstacles along the way. A perfect blend of coding, problem-solving, and colonial history coming to life!
