Ross Sterling Middle School Principal Damico Bartley on Friday, January 26, became the first recipient of the Dr. Roni Dean-Burren Literacy Leader of the Year Award at the annual Texas Council of Teachers of English Language Arts Conference.

Congratulations to Mr. Bartley on receiving the Literacy Leader of the Year Award at the TCTELA conference! A recognition well deserved!

Humble ISD will be OPEN Wednesday, January 17. Road conditions have improved. Classes will begin at normal time. School buses and activities will operate on the normal schedule.

Humble ISD will be closed Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Icy roads are not expected to improve by Tuesday morning and there will be very cold wind chills. Stay safe and warm!
