It's time for this year's yearbook cover art contest! All of our 5th GRADE sharks are invited to submit their original works of art. Think about what it means to "be a shark" and use that as your guide. From there, let your imagination take control!
When you are ready to submit, just drop them off in the front office and make sure you have your entry turned in no later than February 27th.
As you design, keep the following guidelines in mind to ensure your final product.

8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper
Vertical orientation

Tips for a Good Entry:
Use lots of color, including the background. Don’t leave uncolored white space.
Mix up your medium, use crayons, watercolors, markers, pastels, etc.
Do not add text too close to the edge of the page. Leave 1 inch of space around the edges, (no text) just color. This will avoid print issues when the art is applied to the cover.
