Summer Creek football made another great run - this time to the State Semis. We went up against Vandegrift and lost a close one, 31-34.

Congratulations to our EIGHT SCHS Choir students headed to the TMEA All-State Area Competition in January! 22 of our students competed last week at Pre-Area and did a fantastic job! SCHS had the most students selected from a single school within the entire region and they were all the top 5 chairs for their voice part. Humble ISD Culinary students learn how to create stunning seasonal desserts, and one of the highlights in the classic croquembouche. Congratulations to Brandon Jones! B. Jones made 10 interceptions this season alone and returned SEVEN of them for touchdowns.
With his 7th “pick six” of the season, Jones broke the NATIONAL high school record this past Saturday in the Region 3 Championship.
Jones is also tied for the season lead in Texas with 10 overall interceptions.
