JFE Literacy Night: A Community Celebration will no longer take place on Thursday January 23rd. This event is being moved to March 6th and will be merged with the GT Expo and Night Under the Stars which was already slated for that date


Humble ISD is cancelling school due to the potential for hazardous roadway conditions. Humble ISD will be CLOSED on Tuesday, January 21, and on Wednesday, January 22, due to the weather forecast. As a reminder, Humble ISD is CLOSED on Monday, January 20, for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day Holiday.
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Houston beginning at 6 p.m. Monday. “Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous,” the National Weather Service stated. “The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning, Tuesday evening, and Wednesday morning commutes.”

Current JFE 5th Graders attending Ross Sterling Middle School next year, join RSMS for College, Career & Military Readiness Night (CCMR) on January 14 at 6pm. Learn about course selection and CCMR programs available at RSMS.


Current 5th grade parents and students visit HMS on January 21 from 5:15-6:15pm for a presentation about transitioning from elementary to middle school. Learn about clubs, dress code, course selection and campus expectations.


We will begin the dismissing at 12pm today. Buses will be running their normal routes.

4th Grade Creates Treat Shop for Staff! 4th grade students demonstrated their math skills by selling staff treats and drinks. They totaled each staff member's order and logged the totals. @HumbleISD @HumbleElemMath

Our Campus Spelling Bee will take place on Thursday, December 19th, at 8:30am. Please, arrive early and bring your id to be checked in. Only parents and guardians of participating students are invited to attend. Runner-ups will participate only if Classroom Winner are unavailable. Thanks for helping our students succeed!
