Groves Elementary is proud to celebrate our incredible Mrs. Bennett at the Humble ISD Teacher of the Year luncheon.




All Humble ISD offices and campuses will be closed March 11-15 for Spring Break. Classes resume on Monday, March 18, for middle and high school students. Elementary students have a student holiday/staff workday and will resume classes on Tuesday, March 19.


Our Spring Book Fair will run from March 1-7. Family Night is Friday, March 1 from 4:30-7:30. Our Book Fair is a cashless event so make sure you setup an eWallet for your student. Family Night will accept eWallets, credit, or debit cards.




Groves will get a new playground in 2025. Humble ISD is reinvesting in the community by adding immersive, imaginatively-themed playgrounds at all elementary schools, and outdoor obstacle and fitness courses at secondary schools. Outdoor equipment is open to the public on elementary and middle school campuses when school is not in session. All are built on handicap-accessible, poured-in-place rubber surfaces, with fall protection.

Humble ISD will be OPEN Wednesday, January 17. Road conditions have improved. Classes will begin at normal time. School buses and activities will operate on the normal schedule.
