Tommy's Car Wash is a generous sponsor of Eagle Springs Elementary School. Tommy's is partnering with the ESE PTO on Saturday, August 17th for a fundraiser. Eagle Springs Elementary will receive 10% of all window revenue from 7am - 7pm. PTO representatives will be in attendance from 10:00 - 2:00. This is also a member appreciation event for Tommy's so there will be food trucks, bounce houses, music and drinks. This is an easy and fun way to support our school, so be sure to stop by, get your car washed and enjoy the activities.

ESE's Flight School Meet the Teacher Night is on Monday, Aug. 5th from 4:30 to 6:30pm. Families must have a Boarding Pass to attend and meet their teacher(s). To receive a Boarding Pass each student's Annual Update must be submitted with current proof of residence no later than 4pm on Aug. 5th. Flight School Boarding Pass pick-up will be from 1pm to 6pm on Thursday, Aug. 1st, and then during regular business hours through 4pm on Monday, Aug. 5th.

Harris County has asked multiple communities in our school district to evacuate. As you know, heavy rainfall caused Lake Conroe, Lake Livingston, Lake Houston, both the East and West Forks of the San Jacinto River, and other creeks to rise. Additionally, authorities are planning a massive release of water from both Lake Conroe and Lake Livingston, which will bring the East and the West forks of the San Jacinto River to major flood stages – impacting many of our staff, students, families, and community members.
While we had planned to wait for an 8 PM weather and flooding update from Houston Flood Control, inundation maps have made any predicted rainfall for tomorrow morning moot. The release of Lakes Livingston and Conroe will give us more water than we can safely handle, so there will be no school Friday, May 3, 2024.
Our 2023-2024 academic calendar included ample state-required instructional minutes to accommodate such a weather-related closure, eliminating the need for a make-up day.
