President: My role consists of managing the club and meetings through leadership, delegates to make sure the club is running effectively and efficiently

Vice PresidentSupport the president in her role and support all officers to make sure the club is running effectively

Secretary: My role consists of purging past years' information, making and managing all agendas, taking notes and posting notes of monthly meetings, reporting monthly to District and managing points,' purging past years' information, making and managing all agendas, taking notes and posting notes of monthly meetings. 

Treasurer: Collect funds for projects and from events, manage financial reports, plan and execute fundraising ideas  

EditorDevelop verbiage for calendar events to be posted, develop poster and advertisements for projects and events, collect photos for the website and social media and develop a Bi-Monthly newsletter

WebmasterThe webmaster is responsible for advertising, Posts and Blogs for the Website and planned social media posts

Volunteer Opportunities

Find the volunteer opportunity that works for you !

KEY CLUB POINTS INFO. 

  • All members earn 50 Pts per event. 

  • Undergrads will need to participate in a minimum of 1 volunteer event a month. 

  • Honorary Seniors will need to participate in a minimum of 2 volunteer events a month. (See the Seniors tab for details)

  • Distinguished Seniors will need to participate in 4 volunteer events per month. (See the Seniors tab for details)

  • The President's volunteer Service Award completes 100 service hours within a 12-month period. ( ALL GRADES - See the Presidents VSA tab)
