Dear Riverwood Families,
We are excited to invite you to the Humble ISD Battle of the Books Competition on March 7th at Kingwood High School from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM - middle school competition begins at 1:00 PM! Come cheer on our Longhorns team as they compete against other middle schools in the district in this exciting celebration of reading.
In addition to the competition, you’ll have the opportunity to meet Battle of the Books authors Ally Russell (It Came from the Trees) and Nell Cross Beckerman (Volcanoes) from 12:00 – 1:00 PM. Plus, enjoy local food trucks, a book fair, and tons of fun activities for the whole family!
