The Counseling Team at Riverwood Middle School has been named a 2025 winner of the CREST Award for Counseling Excellence, an honor bestowed by the Texas School Counselor Association. This award places RMS among an elite group of schools in Texas.
The CREST, or Counselors Reinforcing Excellence for Students in Texas, award recognizes outstanding counseling programs that demonstrate the highest levels of student support across academic, career, personal, and social domains.
The Riverwood Middle School counseling team was officially recognized at an awards dinner in Fort Worth where they received a banner to display on our campus.
The RMS Counselors are assigned to an individual grade, but work together to make RMS a great campus!
