Humble ISD is hosting its annual Physical Day that will be held at Humble High School on 3/22/25.
Physical Day is an optional event that Memorial Herman sends doctors to certain high schools to perform physicals. This allows our students who plan on being in Athletics for the 2025-2026 school year to complete at a minimal cost of $20.
If your child intends on enrolling in Athletics, and you do not attend physical day within Humble ISD, a physical is still mandatory. Your child may not enroll in Athletics or tryout for any sports without a physical dated after February 1, 2025.Please note, the flyer does designate a specific time for LHMS. However, your child may attend physical day with their current designated campus. It is not necessary to come at a different time. Students just need to make sure they notate on their physical form that they will be attending Lake Houston MS for the 25-26 school year, and they will be filed accordingly. If you would like to take your student to their pediatrician you may do so.
