FFA had a busy November as 21 students competed in the Leadership Development competitions. Agriculture Science teacher Genevieve Ubnoskye, who has been involved in FFA for 37 years, said this yearβs competition stood out in a big and different way.
βWe had two of our teams advance to Area β Public Relations and Senior FFA Creed,β Ubnoskye said. βLast year, we didnβt have any teams advance from district to Area. We had very dedicated teams this year.β
The two groups put together strong showings at Area as well.
βThey did not advance to state, but they were proud of the work that they had done and I was equally as proud of them,β Ubnoskye said.
