Inspired by “A Bug’s Life,” ants & grasshoppers went head to head today to collect biotic & abiotic factors needed to survive. Then, they faced challenges and discussed how they impact their populations.



Mrs. Ransom and Ms. Eisterhold had their students in FULL Mario mode! They were racing through levels, comparing & ordering rational numbers to help Mario beat challenges! Each correct answer = COINS LEVEL UPS & serious brain power!

Tech Theatre had “locks” of fun with their new theatrical wig making unit! Such creative designs to match their chosen character’s style!


Mrs. Rivas and Mr. Adrian’s AVID classes teamed up for a paws-itively impactful community service project making dog toys for local shelters! Love seeing our students give back with heart and purpose.





KMS culinary students started the week off flipping great! Our food students cooked up some delicious pancakes today while sharpening their cooking skills!





This week in the Flex Room, 8th grade students are engaging with the Holocaust Museum created by our RELA department. It’s a powerful, student-centered exploration of history through research, empathy, and reflection.

Our KMS Artists did amazing at this year’s Jr VASE at Klein HS! They brought home 14 Division medals and 3 Platinum Medallions as well as representing KMS with #KMSCougarPride.
