We hope you can plan to join us for several fun events as we wrap up the 2024-2025 school year. Please read the information below carefully so you can RSVP and expedite your check in process for all events.

Please RSVP to gtersvp@humbleisd.net. When you RSVP, please include the following:
Student name / Teacher name
First and last name of each adult (as it appears on your driver's license)
Date of birth
Event attending
If you or your guest has previously been scanned into our Raptor system, a visitor badge will be pre-printed. Otherwise, you must check in at the Front Office the day of the event to scan your license. ALL guests must have a visible visitor badge while on campus!
Talent Show - Friday, May 16th - RSVP by Thursday, May 15 at 1:00.
Parents are invited to attend the Talent Show if your child is performing. The PK-3rd Grade Talent Show is at 8:30 and the 4th/5th Talent Show is at 1:30.
Grade Level Picnics - RSVP by Wednesday, May 21 at 1:00.
Guests are welcome to attend picnics. The picnics will be held on the GTE Playground. It will be warm, so plan accordingly. If you are attending two picnics on the same day, you should keep your guest sticker the whole time you are on campus. If you leave in between, please re-enter through the front doors. Teachers will have sign out sheets and “I’ve Been Checked Out” stickers with them at the picnics for those who want to sign their child out when leaving.
Grade Level Celebrations - For 5th Grade, RSVP by Wednesday, May 28 at 1:00.
This year, Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 5th Grades will have a celebration in addition to their picnic. Grades 1-4 will not have a celebration.
GT Expo
GT Students will be able to share their projects with their families during or following their picnics. The projects will be set up in the Science Lab. Mrs. Varnadoe will provide the students with a pass to enter the building during or after their picnic.
