-Doors open at 7:30. This is also when staff are on duty at crosswalk and for student supervision. Students dropped off before 7:30 are not supervised.
-The bus/daycare loop (entrance furthest to the east by the marquee) is only for staff parking and students with special drop off passes. Passes from last year will not be honored and you will be turned away at the entrance to go through the car drop off line.
-The car drop off line has two parts: (please see instruction video here)
-The line closest to the building is for students who need assistance opening doors or getting out of the vehicle. Our amazing Rangers will be helping students get out and directed to the front door.
-The line that goes to the left will be for unassisted car rider drop off. This line is for students who are more independent. If you stop in the drop off zone, please be polite to the cars behind you and let your student out of the vehicle so as many cars as possible can unload at a time.

Dismissal
Dismissal changes are all communicated through the front office only. You can call the front office at 281-641-5000. You need to communicate any dismissal changes that deviate from the normal dismissal you have given to the teachers. These changes need to be communicated to the front office NO LATER than 2:30.
Students are dismissed in the following order:
Walkers (5th Grade, 4th Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd Grade, 1st Grade, Kindergarten). Walkers start leaving the building at 3:08 and will be walked by staff members and crossing guards to the crosswalk by the marquee. Please wait on the other side of Madera Run for your students! We try to stop traffic only one time.
Daycares and Busses will start dismissing at 3:16.
Car Riders start dismissing at 3:20.
For Car Rider, please have your dismissal tag(s) held in an upright position so it is visible. If you have multiple, you can arrange them all on one by cutting and taping if you would like. If you do not have your car rider tag, staff members will direct you to park and walk to the front office with your ID to verify you are eligible to pick up the student.
Car pool will start on Monday, August 18, 2025. In order to qualify for car pool, you will need at least 3 children in the vehicle and fill out this form. After you fill out the form, you will get your passes from the front office or sent home in a backpack (the option is on the form). You can not be in carpool unless you have those passes and have heard confirmation that your car pool pass is ready. Car pool dismissal information will be on the car rider pass

Severe weather dismissal information
In the event of severe weather dismissal, a message will be sent out through text messaging by 2:45pm confirming if severe weather dismissal is needed. If severe weather dismissal is called, walkers will be held with car riders in the building. Walker parents can come to the front door to retrieve their student during severe weather dismissal, or they can use the car rider line. If the weather is dangerously severe, staff will also be held inside and dismissal will resume when it is safe to do so.
