Join us for Storybook Character Dress-Up Day on October 30! Students in all grades are invited to dress as a favorite book character and bring the book that inspired their costume.
Pre-K through 2nd grade students will participate in our Storybook Character Parade at 9:30 a.m. The parade will take place outside as students walk around the building. Families are welcome to watch from the designated areas along the parade route.
Please help us keep the day fun and comfortable for everyone by following these guidelines:
*Choose a costume that represents a character from a book.
*Send the matching book with your child.
*Keep costumes child-friendly, with no scary elements, fake blood, or images of violence.
*Make sure your child can comfortably participate in classroom activities while wearing the costume.
*Students whose costumes do not meet these guidelines will be asked to change.
Thank you for helping us celebrate the joy of reading!
