ECC hosted our Hispanic Heritage Month Literacy Night, celebrating the vibrant cultures of Hispanic heritage through stories, traditions, and new Spanish words. Students and families participated in hands-on activities and a "tour" of Latin American countries and Spain, fostering a love for learning and reading.

Are you a father, grandfather, uncle, or other father-figure of an ECC student? Are you interested in volunteering at least one day each year at our school? Join the ECC's Papa Patrol!
During the day, Papa Patrollers may read and work on flash cards with students, play at recess, eat lunch with students, watch the school entrances and hallways, assist with traffic flow, and any other assigned activities.
If you are interested in being part of Papa Patrol, make sure you fill out a Volunteer Application and join us for Papa Patrol Kickoff on October 3rd, 2025 (pre-register here).
