Atascocita High School PTO Executive Board hosted Senior Signing Day (College, Career and Military) to celebrate the Class of 2026 on Thursday, April 30. About 93% of this year’s seniors have met CCMR requirements.
“We're in education to prepare students for whatever future endeavors that they want to partake [in] and go down,” principal Will Falker said. “[Our] goal and focus is to make sure that students have been properly educated, equipped and trained with the knowledge and skills needed to make a difference in our community and in the world as a whole.”
The attendees were recognized by name and future school, and were given cords for graduation. Falker said that his students are always at the center of his decision-making to make their high school experience better than his was.
[My] plans for next year that I can reveal, [are] to continue to make the ceremony bigger and better for our students,” Falker said. “Anything that's going to enhance our student experience, heck, I might even try to get a celebrity to come out next year. I don't mind doing that.”
