Jack M. Fields Sr. Elementary celebrated its 30th anniversary Monday, April 20, 2026, with the dedication of its new multipurpose gym.
The event brought together students, staff, parents and community members to honor the school’s legacy and growth. The celebration included speeches and a performance by the Ross Sterling Middle School dance team.
A highlight of the event was a surprise $30,000 donation from Rosewood Funeral Home. The business is owned by Jess Fields Sr., son of Jack M. Fields Sr., a former Humble ISD school board member for whom the school is named.
The contribution will support ongoing campus improvements and enhance student learning.
“This $30,000 gift is an amazing blessing that will open doors for our students at Jack Fields Elementary — fueling opportunities, strengthening instruction, and empowering every child to achieve at higher levels,” Principal Angela Collins said. “We are truly grateful for the Fields family and their ongoing commitment to our campus.”
