Humble ISD requires students enrolled in athletics, cheer, drill team, or high school band (Not PE or Middle School Band) during the 2026-2027 school year to have a physical dated February 1, 2026, or later. This year Memorial Hermann and Humble ISD will provide two dates for students to receive physicals: February 28 and April 25.
Although the preference is for the schools listed below to receive their physical on the assigned date, students may attend either date. If transportation to the high schools is needed, please contact your student's coach.
Saturday, February 28 at Summer Creek High School
AHS, HHS, SCHS and aligned middle schools
8 a.m. to Noon - Middle Schools | Noon to 4 p.m. High Schools
Saturday, April 25 at Kingwood High School
KHS, KPHS and aligned middle schools
8 a.m. to Noon - Middle Schools | Noon to 4 p.m. High Schools
