Honored at the Board Meeting were the following Super Staffers:
Mayra Fitch, Science Specialist - North Bend Elementary School
Those who nominated her said, “Ms. Fitch, our campus Science Specialist, brings energy, expertise, and a passion for learning to everything she does. She collaborates with teachers to provide engaging, hands-on science experiences and ensures classrooms are well-equipped for investigations. Each week, she leads rigorous, inquiry-based lessons for 3rd–5th graders that inspire curiosity and critical thinking. Beyond science, she supports the entire school community with dedication and teamwork. Ms. Fitch’s creativity and commitment to student success make her a true Super Staffer.”

Jelise Campeau, Study Skills and ICS Science Teacher - Atascocita Middle School
Those who nominated her said, “Mrs. Campeau is a true person of action whose efforts consistently speak louder than words, always doing whatever it takes to help AMS go “Over and Beyond.” She takes initiative by coordinating and leading the campus PBIS Program Training for staff and organizing PBIS Reward Days for students. In addition, she serves as the lead for the Trafficking Awareness Club, the Student Personal Care Drive, and recently requested to pick up the baton and begin organizing Black History Month activities. Most impressively, Mrs. Campeau helped design and implement AMS’s Study Skills pilot program three years ago, a course that continues to show remarkable and data-driven success. Data from the last two years reveal that nearly 87% of students who have completed her class go on to pass all their courses in subsequent semesters, a testament to her impact on student growth and success. She is a valuable asset to AMS and we are grateful for her impact!”

Guadalupe Guajardo, Administrative Assistant - Assistant Superintendent’s Elementary Division
Those who nominated her said, “Lupe Guajardo, Administrative Assistant to the Assistant Superintendents - Elementary Division, exemplifies the dedication, professionalism, and teamwork that define a Support Super Staffer. Lupe consistently goes above and beyond to support the mission and goals of Humble ISD. She serves as the central hub of communication and organization within our office, ensuring that staff, campuses, and community members have the information and resources they need. Her positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to excellence create a supportive and efficient work environment. Lupe’s unwavering service and genuine care for others make her an outstanding representative of what it means to be a Support Super Staffer.”
