Humble ISD announced its Teachers of the Year for the 2023-2024 school year during the Humble ISD Education Foundation Boots and Bling Gala held on April 28, 2023. Susan Mitchell from Groves Elementary was chosen as the Elementary and District Teacher of the Year. Teresa Aranda from Summer Creek High School was chosen as the Secondary Teacher of the Year.
