 The Department of Information Systems oversees systems and processes for Humble ISD, including Data Quality, PEIMS, Student Information Systems, Records Management, and System Analysis.

Data Quality

The mission of the Information Systems (Data Quality) department is to train, support, evaluate and implement improvements to systems and processes throughout the district to ensure that accurate data is maintained.

Humble ISD utilizes Decision Ed as their data warehouse and reporting tool. The Decision Ed platform is available via links on the My Humble dashboard. PEIMS Department

The Public Education Information Management System (PEIMS) department in Humble ISD is responsible for submitting to the Texas Education Agency (TEA) all data including student demographic and academic performance, personnel, financial, and organization information. Our mission is to maintain high quality data through customer service, accuracy, training, and documentation.

Systems Analysis

The primary purpose of our System Analysts is to provide support for the instructional process through management of technology hardware and software resources. To support enterprise-wide student and financial accounting systems by providing application and script development, administration, technical support, training and troubleshooting.
