Update 3/24/23: Student Transfer Requests are being reviewed by the district. While it was our goal to send notifications by March 24, the process is going to take one more week to complete. You will receive your notification by March 31, 2023.

Note: There is a not a transfer process for Pre-Kindergarten.

• Humble ISD does not accept out of district transer requests.
  
  
• If you do not know which campus you are zoned to attend, please visit www.humbleisd.net/attendancezones to make that determination.
  
  
• Intra-District Transfer: Student transferring from one Humble ISD campus to another Humble ISD campus.
  
  
• Sibling Transfer: A request may be made for a transfer to allow a sibling to attend the same school that another sibling currently attends.
  
  
• A current email address and phone number is required when completing the transfer application process.

A renewal application must be submitted annually for all out-of-district employees only in order to maintain approved transfer status. 

An approved intra-district transfer request remains in effect until the reason for the initial request no longer exists. Upon completion of the student’s education at one campus level, a new transfer application will need to be completed but there should be no expectation that a transfer will be accepted to a middle or high school in the same feeder pattern.

Humble ISD will not provide transportation for approved transfers. Transportation will be the responsibility of the parent. High school students are not guaranteed parking privileges.
