Greetings Bearcat Family,
As the PROUD new principal of Ross Sterling Middle School for the 2025–2026 school year, I am honored and ecstatic to lead our vibrant school community.
I am a resident of the Humble community, and I share this journey with my wonderful wife, our daughter who is currently a student in Humble ISD and our newest blessing, our son.
With a diverse background in education spanning elementary to high school in underserved areas, I am prepared for this moment: to lead with purpose and continue our unwavering “KIDS FIRST” mission. I firmly believe that student success is deeply impacted by the intentional behaviors of adults, and I am confident in the strong foundation already in place at Ross Sterling for continued academic excellence.
At the heart of our work are relationships and best practices—the pillars that uphold our shared belief that meaningful learning thrives in the presence of significant relationships.
I am excited for a year filled with growth, achievement and unity as we work together to elevate Ross Sterling to new heights.
