
Mrs. Laubinger introduced 3D sculpting to our Tree Frogs. They have researched structures around the world and are now replicating those structures with 3D pens.

RPE's Robotics team, the Robotic 5, placed 2nd in the HERO Robotics programming competition and 3rd overall in programming and game design.

Our 4th grade Tree Frogs got an in-depth look at Minute Maid Park and its rich baseball history. They visited the Bank of America Suite Level, Honda Club Level, Press Box, Astros Dugout, and learned how bats and balls are made.

All Humble ISD offices and campuses will be closed March 11-15 for Spring Break. Classes resume on Monday, March 18, for middle and high school students. Elementary students have a student holiday/staff workday and will resume classes on Tuesday, March 19.


Check out our 3R Tree Frogs for this week. These Tree Frogs were celebrated for exhibiting 3R behavior here at RPE. They were Respectful, Responsible, and Reliable.


Our Tree Frog Running Club participated in the San Jacinto Texas Independence 5K Fun Run. Out of the tree frog runners Giovanni came in 1st, Ethan came in 2nd, and Javier came in 3rd. Coach Rodriguez also got 1st place in her age division.

We concluded Black History Month with a Black History Performance to recognize and celebrate importance African American people and traditions. There were performances by the Tree Frog Inspirational Choir, Mariah Graves, RPE Band, and the RPE Dynamic Dance Team. Student representatives from each grade-level came up and talked about important African American people throughout history.








RPE's 2nd Annual Daddy Daughter Dance was a huge success. It was great to see everyone come out and enjoy themselves.







Mrs. Zamora received the CREST Award for the successful counseling program she has built here at RPE. This year she also received the CREST Advocacy Award, for being CREST recognized for 4 consecutive years. We are truly grateful to have Mrs. Zamora, our Caring Counselor.


Houston Loves Teachers and Harris County Commissioner Precinct 3 Tom S. Ramsey surprised our Librarian Mrs. Laubinger with a $1000 to fund her plan to add books, of high interest to boys, to our library. They also surprised RPE with $4000 to support any other needs we may have.


Huge shoutout to Kelsey & Cambel at Kids Care Inc, for the books they donated. Each Tree Frog will get a chance to pick out a few books to add to their home library. They challenged our Tree Frogs to read atleast 30 minutes daily. Challenge accepted!


We are excited to announce our Teacher of the Year is Mrs. Harris!


Our Tree Frogs just celebrated their 100th day of school this year!








Our first Mommy & Son Winter Ball was a huge success! Thanks to all who came out, it was great to see everyone having a good time.








We got a visit from Houston Astros Orbit! He came out to talk to our students about the importance of Character and the 6 traits that build strong Character. Our Tree Frogs appreciate you coming out and the message you shared.
