All Aboard the RPE Polar Express! Students wore their pajamas and cozied up by the fire while Mrs. Dunn read to them as their teachers hung the ornaments they created in Art.
Spirit Night at Kangas!
Thank you to everyone who came out to support RPE at our Spirit Night event at Kangas on November 30, 2023. As you can see the kids had a BLAST! Thanks to your support, RPE was able to raise close to $800.00 for our school! We cannot thank you enough!
Our annual 2nd grade Balloons Over RPE Parade was a huge success. 2nd grade went all out to create their balloon characters and were excited to show them off.
Thanksgiving Feast 2023! We were excited to see our parents come out and enjoy a meal with their students. Thanks for all you do!
STEM & Art brought their classes together to combine their skills of building and composing to create ornaments for our school tree.
River Pines Running club ran their second race at Groves Elementary for their annual Veterans Day Color Fun Run. Due to rain in the forecast the race was moved indoors and became a glow in the dark race. Proceeds raised from this race were donated to Helping a Hero foundation.
Our Storybook Parade was a success!
RPE's Tree Frog Running Club competed in their first run last weekend, Atascocita High School's 10th Annual Zombie Fun Run.

We were excited to host the Humble Community Leadership Academy on our campus. They got to see our Ribbit Recorders, Student Leadership, and RPE Step Team perform and even learned a step routine for themselves.
5th grade attended the Houston Symphony with our Fine Arts Wheel teachers Mrs. Perkins, Mrs. Dewees, and Mrs. Countryman.

Our first Pop-in with the Principal was a success. We were excited to share what's happening here on campus and what's to come as the year progresses.
Our students kicked off Red Ribbon Week, by wearing red to show their commitment to being drug free.
1st graders wrote letters to Roy the Red-eyed Tree Frog, so Roy came around to deliver his own letters to their classrooms, with the help of Mrs. Dunn who read Roy's letters to the class.
