Instructions for completing the approved FFA Student Helper, Family, and District Volunteer Application:

Directions:

• Enter the exhibitor name and campus

• List the species you will be housing at an Humble ISD Ag Barn

Student Helper:

• Exhibitor must initial by each Helper criteria line

• Exhibitors are only allowed up to two FFA Chapter helpers

• Please record the Helper names and Humble ISD student email

Immediate Family Criteria:

• Exhibitors must initial by each Immediate Family criteria line

• Immediate family members over the age of 18 that wish to assist their student at the barn MUST complete the District Volunteer Application link (steps 1-7).

• REQUIRED in Step 2: In the “Notes - For District Use Only”, enter the student exhibitor and family relationship. (example: John Doe - exhibitor is my son)

• REQUIRED in Step 3: Select the EXHIBITORS home campus (AHS, HHS, KHS, KPHS, or SCHS)

• REQUIRED in Step 4: Select “North/South Ag Barn Volunteer”

• Failure to complete District Volunteer Application by the August 30th deadline will delay any immediate family from entering the Ag Barn.

Upon completion of the district volunteer link, Humble ISD will receive an approved list. A special Ag facility APPROVED VISITOR badge will be given to each family member 18+ at pen/animal selection.
