  • CHADD: Children and Adullts with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder - This is a nonprofit organization with chapters nationwide. On CHADD’s website, you can find social support by connecting with others affected by ADHD. 

  • ADDA: Attention Deficit Disorder Association - This association offers resources for you learn more about ADHD, find local assistance and peer support groups. You can find more information about the annual ADHD conference.

  • AACAP: American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry - The academy has special sections with information for families and medical professionals. It offers updated guidelines for diagnosing and treating ADHD.

  • APA: American Psychiatric Association - You can search for facts about mental health problems with ADHD. You can read in-depth information about anxiety disorders, depression and other psychiatric conditions.
