AMS seeks to build a learning community that meets the individual needs and individual passions of the students we serve.

My life's passion is to "change the system of education" -- primarily the grading system -- to make students more active in the learning process AND to decrease the stress/anxiety in our students and staff that arises from a system that needs innovation and disruption.
