Faten Baba —Lakeland Elementary, Para-Educator
Those who nominated her said, "Faten Baba serves as a para-educator in the Developmental class at Lakeland Elementary School. In her role, she works with 10 students, all of whom have unique qualities. Faten is calm, organized and patient with her students. She does not let them give up and pushes them to reach beyond their grasp. Ms. Baba expects and receives the best from her students each and everyday! She is a shining example that one person can and will make a difference in the lives of children."
Andrea Clurksy — Quest Early College High School, Assistant Principal's Secretary
Those who nominated her said, "Andrea Clursky is an irreplaceable member of the Quest staff. She exemplifies service and kindness to every individual she encounters. There is no problem that is too big or need that is too small. She’s always ready to serve and seeking opportunities to be good to people. She takes tremendous pride in being a team player. She cares for every student as though they are her own. It is a privilege to have such an impactful person on the Quest team. No one is more deserving of the Super Staffer honor than Andrea."
Jennifer Woodall — Curriculum & Instruction, Secondary ELA Specialist
Those who nominated her said, "Jennifer Woodall consistently finds new approaches to develop innovative ELA practices for Humble ISD. She looks for ways to make classroom instruction engaging and empowering to help aid in student success and build a lifelong love of literacy. Jennifer's knowledge of content and process across the K-12 range is amazing and she is consistently able to do her part on the team and provide insight to best practices for children. She has an amazing, caring heart and uses that as a guide in all her work."

Each month, campuses and departments select an individual to be honored as a Super Staffer for their outstanding work in advancing student achievement. A drawing is held and three honorees receive additional recognition at the School Board Meeting, including a $100 gift card to Pappas Restaurants thanks to an award sponsor. The sponsor for the Super Staffer Awards this month is Humble ISD Education Foundation.
