United States Senator Visits to See Impact of Flooding

United States Sen.Tom Carper of Delaware toured Kingwood High School on Sept. 18 to see the impact of flooding and to thank first responders. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requested the tour. Sen. Carper serves on the US. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works, which has jurisdiction for flood control. Humble ISD  Superintendent Dr. Elizabeth Fagen, Kingwood High School Principal Dr. Ted Landry, and Seniors Ingrid Pina and Garrett Allen led the tour for Sen. Carper, who is also a former governor of Delaware.
