Big Art Day 2015

October 29, 2015
"What fuels our creativity?"

Big Art Day

A display of elementary art work from 6 of our Humble ISD Elementary campuses is on display in the lobby of the Administration Building as part of Big Art Day 2015. Students and art teachers from Bear Branch Elementary, Humble Elementary, Lakeshore Elementary, Oak Forest Elementary, Lakeland Elementary, and Greentree Elementary are excited to share their visual answers to the prompt: "What fuels my creativity?".

This is our first year to participate in Everyartist LIVE!, the world's largest art-making event for kids. Classrooms across the country will be making art together around the theme: What Fuels Your Creativity?

We are celebrating the artwork and creativity of our Humble ISD student artists with this exhibit and online student galleries. Please visit: everyartist.me for more information, as well as the following online student galleries: Bear Branch, Greentree, Humble, Lakeshore and Oak Forest.

This is the first year for Humble art teachers and students to participate in this exciting art education advocacy event and we hope to see participation grow each year.

Thank you for supporting your child's creative efforts and our district's Fine Arts Programs.
