Register now for the "Hero for Zero" 5K/Family Fun Day sponsored by Kingwood Pines Hospital on September 12 at Kingwood High School. Help be a HERO for ZERO suicides in honor of National Suicide Prevention Week, September 5-12.
All money raised from the race will go to support the Teen Programs of Crisis Intervention of Houston, including TeenLine,TeenText, and TeenApp. You may also make a tax-free donation without race registration by clicking here.
The 2015 theme is Super Hero, so come dressed as your favorite super hero! There will be lots of kids "super hero" activities and free refreshments and fun for all ages.
Check-in starts at 8 a.m. with the race beginning at 9 a.m. The family fun day will be from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Kingwood High School. The 5K race will be a timed event for ages 16+.
