Humble ISD invites all staff, students, alumni and community members to
come show support for long-time Humble High School Baseball Coach David
Sitton on Friday, April 24 at 6:30 p.m. as he hosts his last home game.
Coach Sitton will be retiring after 33 years of coaching with the last 31 years at Humble High School. During his tenure, the baseball program has won over 500 games along with numerous championships and playoff appearances. His commitment and dedication has defined Humble baseball for decades.
The Humble Independent School District will honor Sitton by renaming
Humble High School’s Baseball Field, the David Sitton Field in a special
ceremony highlighting his 31-year legacy with Humble baseball.
His opponent at that evening’s game will be longtime childhood friend,
Barbers Hill High School Coach David Denny.
Everyone is invited to join in the celebration at the Humble High School
Baseball Field, located at 1700 Wilson Rd. in Humble.
