Fourth Annual Empty Bowls Event will be Saturday, May 6 at SCHS

Empty Bowl Saturday, May 6

Empty Bowls is an annual event benefiting H.A.A.M. (Humble Area Assistance Ministries), which serves more than 14,000 struggling, local families per year. Students from across Humble ISD have made bowls to sell and raise money for H.A.A.M. Student-created bowls will be available for purchase for $10 each. With each bowl purchase, attendees will enjoy a meal donated by Chick-fil-a and entertainment from local student and community groups.

Where – Summer Creek High School Cafeteria (14000 Weckford Blvd., Houston, TX, 77044)
When – Saturday, May 6, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Pre-sale for families of students who made bowls beginning at 10:30 a.m.
Why – Simultaneously empower both our students as community activists AND hungry families through fund-raising for H.A.A.M.’s critical food pantry.
