    Step 1 - Click here to complete on-line application.  Must be completed prior to making an appointment.

    Step 2 - To make an appointment, select a time slot per child. Please be prompt and call if you have to reschedule @ 281-641-2500. 
     
    Step 3 - Pick-up Registration Packet (August 10th & 11th, 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and 1:30-4:00 p.m.) Please complete and bring to your appointment along with the following required documents
    • Last Report Card and/or Withdrawal Papers 
    • Original/Certified Birth Certificate
    • Up-to-Date Shot Records
    • Parent/Guardian ID
    • Proof of Residence (30 day current Utility Bill - light, water, gas), new homebuyers with less than 30 days may bring the closing documents showing the owner/seller signature page with property address, apartment tenant may bring lease showing student as a occupant.
      Notarized Address Affidavit required if living with someone.  (Form included in the Registration Packet)  To establish proof of residency for a family living with another family, both the parent/guardian AND the owner/renter of the residence must sign a Verification of Address Affidavit before a notary public AND both parties must meet with a campus administrator or designee.
    • If applicable, Legal Documents (Legal Guardian, Divorce, DFPS, etc.)
    • If you were approved for a District Transfer, please bring a copy of e-mail sent to you.

    August 2            - MANDATORY online registration update via Home Access Center (HAC) 

    August 10 & 11   - Packet Pick-up (9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. & 1:30-4:00 p.m.)

    August 14           - Set Up Support for HAC accounts (9:00 a.m.-noon & 1:30-4:00 p.m.)

    August 14 & 15   - Return Registration Packet w/Current Proof of Residence to receive
    Teacher Assignment.

    August 24           - Pandamation (5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
                               Visit classroom, meet your teacher, drop-off supplies
     
    August 28th         - First Day of School (8:00a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) 
                                      Students not in attendance first day of school by 9:12 a.m. will be dropped from the class roster.
