     Hello and welcome to 2nd Grade! My name is Tiffany Bedford and this is my second year here at Summerwod Elementary! I am excited to welcome and begin a new journey here with you and your child! I was born in Houston, Texas, I lover animals, cooking/baking, exploring new ideas, and finally a big Houston Texans fan! I am a graduate of University of Houston-Downtown, (GO Gators!).     9:50-11:00: Reading Workshop/ Word Study

    11:00-11:35: Writing Workshop/ Handwriting/Grammar

    11:40-12:10: Lunch

    12:15-12:45: Recess

    12:50-1:30: Writing Workshop cont./ Handwriting/Grammar

    1:30-2:00: Social Studies

    2:00- 2:30: Science

    2:30-3:15: Specials

    3:15: Dismissal

    Specials Schedule:

    Monday: PE (If your child does not wear tennis shoes, please make sure they bring a pair with them)

    Tuesday: Computer/Counselor (Counselor is whole class usually once a month)
