    I welcome you to Foods for Today this semester. It will be a fun filled experience for each and every student. Foods for Today is designed to teach food preparation and nutrition in one semester. Topics covered include kitchen safety, tools and equipment, reading a recipe, measuring ingredients and the new My Plate & Food Pyramid.  Without a doubt, the favorite parts of this class are cooking and eating the food you prepare!
