11:10-12:40 --> Rolling lunch window (recess immediately following lunch)
12:45-12:50 --> 'Cool down' (water & restroom, following recess)
12:50-2:50 --> 2nd Period / Block 2
2:50-3:00 --> Clean-up & prepare for dismissal
