Liz Sledge
I have been teaching for 22 years and have now taught every elementary grade except kindergarten. I was a teacher for 6 years in inner- city Houston with the majority of my years at Greentree Elementary in Kingwood. I was also an assistant principal for three years at Oaks Elementary. I am excited to be starting a new year at Willow Creek.
My family consists of my husband and my two children, James and Grace. We have lived in the neighborhood for 17 years and both of my children have attended Willow Creek. I am also fortunate to have my parents, my sister and her family, an aunt and uncle, and my brother-in-law and family in Kingwood. I am originally from Illinois and have a bachelor's degree in education and a master's degree in administration.
Teaching is my passion and I truly feel fortunate to teach at Willow Creek where teachers, parents, and children all work collaboratively to provide the very BEST education for all.
