Mission Statement: 

Accountability is at the core of the Atascocita Bodybuilding Society (ABS). When in a goal oriented task, trade or profession, members need help. Whether it be working on a project, aiding others in a mind set or building pyramids, team efforts are needed. Online, this group contacts, encourages and remains accountable for each other in the name of bodybuilding, fitness training, nutrition and wellness. Members are of all ages and dispositions bearing one thing in mind. Health and Fitness.
