Welcome to Law Enforcement 1, Law Enforcement 2, Criminal Investigations and Criminal Justice Practicum! This year we will be participating in classroom discussions along with performing real-world scenarios, examining different case studies, mock trials, crime scene investigating  and learning about the numerous careers that the field of Criminal Justice has to offer.

    We will be examining the different roles and responsibilities of police, courts, corrections, private security and emergency responders. As we examine the many areas that make up the field we will also be learning about the different skills and knowledge that employers are looking for not only in the field of criminal justice but in any workplace setting.

    Throughout the course you will learn different skills such as; creative thinking, decision making, problem solving, reasoning and interviewing while participating in group assignments. Individual assignments and warm ups will allow you to build upon and sharpen your reading, writing and math skills.
