    Class Dojo

    • We will be using a class conduct system through Class Dojo. This is a positive behavior system that lets students earn points as they exhibit good character and follow or exceed classroom expectations. This also allows for students to be reminded of behaviors that need improvement.
    • Students and parents can easily access these points daily by joining the Class Dojo. We will communicate with you through this APP. Please accept the invite through your email.
    • A weekly conduct sheet will be in the daily folder. Please sign on Tuesdays for the previous week’s conduct.

    About Me:

I graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Science in Education.

This is going to be my 18th year of teaching.  I teach Math/Science/Social Studies.

I have a wonderful husband Roger who works at Insperity, and two daughters, Molly 16 who attends Kingwood High School and Carly 18 who attends Baylor University.

Philosophy of Teaching:  I believe each and every child has the potential to bring somethingunique and special to the world.  I will help my student develop  their potential by believing in them as capable individuals.  I will assist my students in discovering who they are, so they canexpress their own opinions and nurture their own ideas.

My Goal:  To provide practical strategies to help everyone, even those convinced they are bad at Math, discover their role as thinkers in mathematicsand make sense of Mathematical ideas.
