Welcome to Ms. Neumann's
Swingin' Safari!!

A little about me...I grew up in the small coastal town of Palacios and attended Wharton County Junior college after high school. I then attended Cal State San Marcos and ended up graduating from the University of Houston with a degree in education. I did my student teaching in Humble ISD and immediately started teaching kindergarten at Greentree. I taught kinder for three years, second grade for twelve years, and this will be my first year in 3rd grade. This will be my 16th year of teaching and I love it!! I recently graduated with my masters degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University! I have a son that will start 8th grade at Creekwood and a daughter that will be in 5th grade here at Greentree. I love this community and am so happy to be a part of it. I am looking forward to a great year!! :)
As far as my educational beliefs I believe that all children are unique, having varying leaning styles, abilities, and interests. All students should be supported, nurtured, and in a safe environment to promote learning. Students, families, educators, and the community share the responsibility for student success.
