Humble ISD's Early Learning Center (ELC) has a comprehensive capacity for early childhood education and childcare expertise. Our facility is specifically designed to meet the needs of early learners.

• Open Monday through Friday from 6:15 am—5:30 pm (during regular school year)
• Available to all Humble ISD employees. Extended family members who work for Humble ISD qualify to utilize Employee Childcare (i.e. Grandparents).
• Developmentally appropriate activities including pre-literacy skills, math concepts, small group activities, outdoor physical activities, and sign language
